A lot of this would have fit perfectly into Influence, but I guess this way it doesn't throw non-trans people completely out of whack and causes more credit sales.

We already went through this on another thread. Psionics must use the ego, because if you look up ego in a dictionary, one of its meanings is pretty much what psionics is. Besides, you wanna lose WP, go Dreamweaver.

Except that the trans skill is sort of iffy. I mean, it has a rare purpose here and there, but it could have been so much cooler... like improved invisibility or something, so that only Dramaticists with Review could see you. So many possibilities would have been more versatile than feigning death.

If it actually makes you appear as a corpse in the room, like it seems it's supposed to... perhaps prevent an attack or something, then hopefully it could throw off an attacker... however right now it just let's you appear as though you died... but most people are arguing that someone would just keep attacking you.

Of course, all said attacker would need to do is attempt to pick up the corpse and fail. The problem is that even in group combat, people are spamming so much that most people continue for a round on a dead person anyway before finally switching targets. And one-handed warriors would never be fooled, because you'd die to their first swing, and then the second would still hit you.

I mean, I really like the skillset, but the only reason for getting to trans is for the increased ego regen from the extra skillrank.
