That... doesn't really sound like me.

Tests like these require people do be honest with themselves. That is MUCH harder than it sounds.

Interesting. The part where it said "Natural leaders, Masterminds are not at all eager to take command of projects or groups, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead." made me laugh, because thats pretty true from what I've seen of myself, though I don't really see the qualitative analysis fitting me that well. I've never been too good at these tests, even though you'd think I'd be good at answering questions about myself.

Edit: wow, read the other page's description, much better then the first page in describing me. Scary unsure.gif

I think I may be the only person with 100% introvert hide.gif Except maybe for Branwyn.

ohmy.gif I can't believe it, the jobs are are "traditional" for ISFJs are mostly stuff that I got from the NCIS test, wow...that's creepy. The description they give sounds like me, but I couldn't be for sure, cuz I don't exactly analyze myself nor am I totally honest with myself..but am I am loyal as heck.

Spoilsport alert!

This test was drawn up by bored housewives and, er, is about as accurate and meaningful as the "Which Spice Girl are you?" quizzes. Amusing, but... yeah.

Its just a test, its obviously not an all knowing being peering into your soul and judging you. It takes the info you give it, and draws conclusions from that. You answer its questions, and it gives you the same info back in a different form. Thats what it is, and I doubt anyone here thinks its anything more.

So what do you say you let people have their fun? glare.gif

Hey, I gave you a spoilsport alert. It's fun, I've taken it too. But you have to realise that lots of companies use this thing as part of their hiring process, so... um, I like reminding people to take it with a grain of salt.

You kind of disprove your point. How many companies hire you on the basis of "Which Spice Girl are you?" quizzes?

Anyway, whether you think personality typologies are all meaningless is one thing, but Myers-Brigg is generally given more weight than Spice Girl quizzes being that it is used by professional psychologists and sociologists. (Of course, you may think those professions are bogus too!)

Far too many companies use those tests, but they look for consistancy. Very, very annoying, because I'm apparently very, very bad at them. I got a call from one asking me to retake it, so I retook it two times. I apparently scored 1%,1%, and 15%, so my scores were dismissed as a technical error. They said they'd call me yesterday to set up an interview, but didn't. Darn.

And "spoilsport warnings" say to me that you think you're telling us something we don't already know.
