From numbers from second post it looks like it is 6-10% healing of health/mana/ego and that isnt that bad.
And that is not making Healing Scroll so expensive.
I sell full enchanted scrolls for 3500gp so it will give you 70gp per use but you can recharge your scroll again so it will brings one use equal to one enchanter charge. how much is it those days? 25gp? 35gp? So its on par with sparkleberries.
Main issue is that if charges drop to 0 scroll is destroyed, or at least that was when i was still active. I hope it was changed.
Cose you would need an alias to probe scroll first before you would read it, so it wont be hitting 0 charges.
And also if you want to use it for longer time you need a cube to recharge it from time to time or have few healing scrolls. And you know where to find a nice enchanter *point at me*

I'm pretty sure healing scrolls have always healed a weighted amount of health mana and ego, unless they were brought out with bookbinding and changed it within a week and I missed it before I tried them out for the first time.
