No one (well, almost no one) ever beats up on Exarius for being polygamous. He just likes to pretend that's the attack, so he can avoid addressing the actual attack. If you want to know what people beat on Exarius for, don't listen to him, he has no idea; listen to the people making the attacks.

Wow. I read this, thought about it, and realized that you are absolutely right. In fact, I usually FORGET that Exarius practices polygamy until HE brings it up. Shayle's only interactions with him were kicking him out of Glomdoring, listening to him complain to her about Glomdoring being just like the rest of the world, and in general, a lot of hot air and grandstanding some cause void of meaning to my character.
