And if the rest of the Order felt like that, all the Gods would pretty much be essenceless.
Right, but the rest of the order doesn't feel like that, so I can be as selfish as I want with no consequences. Isn't life great?
Athalas2006-08-16 04:04:24
I agree, life is great.
Unknown2006-08-16 05:01:56
Psh, just get over it and admit that there are almost as many city claimed or protected or associated areas as there are neutral areas.
Ordos2006-08-16 07:55:19
Expend the sewers! I want king Crab!
Sylphas2006-08-16 15:36:30
I wish I could do that without feeling guilty. Do you know how many thousands of gold worth of gorgogs and merians and krokani and aslaran I've offered?
Diamondais2006-08-16 15:39:04
Should hand in one of 10 area kills.

As a matter of fact I do. When you hit the one million mark, I'll be alerting the CIA for your relocation to their special "treatment" facility.

The only thing I want is that the Sewers skill be lowered down. Expert is just crazy. Put it on Master if you care so much for it, but Expert?! Sheesh... That's, like, 425 lessons. Which is around 70 credits, if you don't have the bonus lessons. And if you do, it's still 50...

Not quite expert.

Or let's just remove the skill from the environment and let everyone have access to it OR pay a denizen to enter the sewers, and make another denizen that pays crabs for gold (a chef?) thus not only ratting but 'crabbing' will be a good source of income for novices and some players
Taika2006-08-24 16:19:10
Cept that ratting is not a good form of income in any way shape or form, and crabs are too hard for novices?
I say just keep it like it is. If you want to go there, either get a lift, or get the skill. *Shrug*.

Hmmmmm, yeah expanding the sewers and weevil tunnels or burrows bellow the communes sounds like a good idea. I'd also agree with lowering the skill, the sewers in achaea (below Ashtan at least) were a good place to go to level 40+. It is nice to have a mid level bashing ground in your own city/commune.
I just seem to remember that Cyrene's sewers were pretty good-- it was risky for me to go down there and hunt.
Yes I remember Cyrene Sewers, mapped them too Slugs and Giant Slugs that sometimes released 4 Slugs on death and tracked (albeit slowly) Level 79 tanky dwarf rocked though.

I didn't even know there were sewers in the cities, and I've been walking Lusternia for 11 IC years now...
They're kind of forgotten, really.
I've never heard anyone talk about them, other then this single thread here.
Besides that, I never really understood why it'd take skill to be able to enter a stinking sewer!
Let it be stated that I definetly agree on lowering the Sewers skill to... As low as can be.
If not, just remove it completely and allow anyone access.
Ah well... I'll just bash Spectres until they lower that lat
