Coming soon, to a forums near you. I really don't get why the forums don't let me post multiple posts in a row without deleting them.
Me vs Celest
Hope this works.
Much hearts to Veo for creating the link for me.
A couple notes: celest, please dont try to gust/beckon into enemy territory. It's illegal, you should know better. Coulda easily picked off collvan, but I wanted to fight Amaru with all the others beating on me. Hmm, that's about it. Enjoy.

This is so Ixion can continue to post, if he wants to finish the log.

I recognise Murphster. Not surprised.

Shaeden raises his arms and a gust of wind slams into you.
You are suddenly moved towards the Righteous Principality of New Celest, but its
magical defences hurl you back.
That is illegal....
And now, will people stop talking about how Ixion can kill everyone? Amaru held up to him fine, Malicia held up to him fine. Soll... well not so well. -console Soll-

Malicia = Knight.
Amaru = Taurian. Giving up damage in turn for tankiness. Level 2 resistance to cutting AND his electric. He also has splendors, 20% symbol resistance to cutting, trans resilience, draconis, halo, etc.
Soll = Merian = Squishy.

I use some of his echoes, yes. If you imply I use his system you are gravely mistaken. I built my own, though I did borrow bits and pieces from other systems that I liked a bit after Lusternia opened. I also cure certain things manually, because I like having certain controls over my curing. /Digression.

Appreciate the support, but only Amaru held up because he shielded a lot. Malicia was about 3 seconds from dying when Amaru/Collvan came in and afflicted me/made move rooms. I can pretty much assume Malicia/Amaru were below 1400 health several times during the duration.

Honestly, the only way for most Celestians to fight you now is to numen. It uses up 4p that I'd much rather put into crushes, but ever since you went serenguard and hit titan, I can no longer stand toe to toe like we used to before. With a truefavour, yes, but without, the damage gets to me and the wounds stack up fast.

Lame? Again you judge without knowing all the facts. They just finished raiding a village and killing a couple guards. Their group left Soll behind, and he heartstopped. I chased him to retaliate.

That's where I get all my uber powers from. If I do less than 1000 damage per hit to you, it calculates the difference, multiplies it by two, gives you a random affliction, and then deals that number in damage to you with 200 bleeding.

What's wrong with Amaru giving up damage for tankiness? You can do the same, you know. And there are other non-warriors who can stand up to Ixion's damage in addition to Amaru, like Geb as a mage, Kaervas as a mage, Narsrim as a moondancer, Tuek, Ethelon as a shadowdancer etc.
He spent hours and hours forging his swords, a truck load of credits to upgrade them, and more hours to bash himself to titan. I really think anyone who is complaining should at least try what he did: become a warrior, buy a couple of pre-nerf swords and some great runes, then bash to titan. You can complain when you have done all that.

But ya.. Tuek has the just of it. It's got limited usefulness for resing, and he paid gobs of credits for it back in the first arti-auction.

Come now Icarus. You were on a roll until you said, "buy a couple of pre-nerf swords". That part of your statement is quite a bit laughable.
Also, if what you are saying is the case then the same can be turned on the mass of warriors who are unable to do well. Should they all buy a couple of pre-nerf swords, a set of great runes, and then bash to titan before they complain about warriors being weak?
