1. With Allheale, assuming nothing else is wrong with a person, I could heal them after a few tries. No more sick people.

2. With the Sapling ability, I could plant loads of pretty trees here in NYC... fighting pollution for the win.

3. Teleport would let me get to people to heal and help them faster, or find a place to be alone, if I'm moody.
