Moonbeam is kind of annoying in that it can be spammed. So in a small area, you just keep doing it until you have one moonbeam in each location- and then you will make it in no matter what. This is actually *helped* by monolith sigils, since each moonbeam lasts 12 seconds instead of 6.
Moonbeaming again resets and cancels the Moonbeam before it, so that makes no sense.
Any further changes to Moonbeam would make it just a worthless form of teleport.

From what i know about great pent is that it DO NOT STOP magic transportation. It should just prevent from entering into that room by normal methods.
Where monolith should prevent magic transport.
So combo of those two should seal room for good.
Right now we have moonbeam that will allow you to enter to that room.
I heard someone saying that you could burrow under or fly over it and land burrow up, but im not sure about those? Can someone confirm?
And there was a bug in my opinion that allow you to enter to great pent room too. I have no idea if it was corrected.
And great pent dont last forever. Its 5 minutes and 10 power if i remeber correctly.
And i also think like Daevos that this skill should be for all or for noone.
And dont bring sacr/rezz/lich/transmig here.

I guess. I thought it was bull when I was in Mag, too. Actually, the BS'ness of Moonbeam seem independent of where I live. If a monolith doesn't stop it, greatpent should. Or the other way around, take your pick. It's a balance issue.
That said, it's pretty low priority in my mind. The kind of conflict moonbeam circumvents is the kind of conflict where groups just sit there staring each other down for amazingly boring and protracted periods. That kind of conflict needs to stop, seriously. Beam on in and apply foot to ass so I can move on with my life, thank you very much.

I see this as a problem created by Greatpent, which should be addressed without rendering the skill worthless.

Yet another potential solution is to have moonbeam not be followable. You could still moonbeam past greatpents, but you couldn't moonbeam entire GROUPS past greatpents.

Which pretty much means you couldn't moonbeam past a greatpent. Ixion could maybe beam in and kill the pent holder before he's slaughtered by a group, but you don't balance skills around Ixion. Other than that, most people would beam in and be picked off one by one.
