Tongues: Forces the target to communicate in tongues, causing them to uncontrollably speak in different racial languages, stutter, or have the letters of what they're saying randomly replaced with different letters. Also has a chance to send what they're saying in a different fashion. For instance, they could attempt to use Citytells to say " Help, I'm being attacked!" and end up shouting "Yxpi, K'f agejd kbsackfu!" or yelling it in a different language, etc.

What about some sort of Aura that'll give a bit of boost to those around them? Like Aura of Brilliance from Warcraft? +1 Int and comes from Mages/Druids, what do you think?

Fine, then just changing to yells. I do wish we had some afflictions that give a shout like Enlightenment in other games (but not as lame as that shout).

Aww, I like it when people shout things. Maybe not things like "Cows Rock!" or somethig, but the "Verily I say unto thee: Thou suckith!" "Nay indeed foul fiend! Tis thou who sucks!" sort of shouts and groups arguing back and forth over some happening that just happened are fun to listen to. Of course sometimes things get out of hand, but that's when the added fun of a God blasting someone comes into play. So, it's entertaining all around.

I'm always way more annoyed by the non-God people telling the original shouters to stop shouting than I am at the original shouters. What's the point of being able to shout if you never get to do it? You can always turn shouts off...

That already exists. Sadly, they haven't put in a cure yet.
