Yeah. Before this, its just speculation. We could assume that the cities could have been gobbled up by whatever, or were destroyed in the process, or got stuck in time forever. But noooo. Nooooooowwwwe!

I'm afraid you're wrong on both counts. Hallifax and Gaudiguch have always been confirmed. The new archetypes have also been confirmed by Estarra on numerous occasions. Its always been a matter of playerbase.

They are in no conceivable way similar. One sometimes succeds the other, that does not make them identical.



If you would point me to places where the points raised in Estarra's post have been confirmed, I would be only too happy to revise my views on the subject.

No, I understand you, but I lost the "stop being an infuriatingly naggy little nitpick" button on my brain. It was a natural reaction, but I knew what you meant. Hey, I can relate "Two wrongs don't make a right" to mathematics when I'm nitpicking.

You obviously also lost the "admit you're wrong when someone whose been around the forums for a lot longer tells you something has been said" button.

And no, i'm not going to go searching through the forums. I know you're wrong, and most other people who have been here for near two years know that you're wrong. If you don't want to admit it, it's no sweat off my brow. However, it would be if I went and searched through the forum for every mention of the word Hallifax, Gaudiguch, or archetype.

And you just aren't worth it.

You seem to be continually missing one word in my posts. Plans. Plans plans plans plans plans plans plans. Estarra has just stated that the situation is not "Oh, we'll get around to all that when we have more players", it is "Okay, what should that be, how should this look, who'll do this...?" They are actively brainstorming what will happen with the Lost Cities. They may just have come up with it at some point and thought, "Oh, I'd better note that down for later", but they are real, tangible, plans.

Now, I am going to agree with Shirath and ask that we drop this, as it's not really going to get us anywhere unless we get hits from winning little arguments.
