I'm going to assume the part about the first ten is poking fun at people who don't know the Bill of Rights, but when you mention the Constitution, you also include all the amendments, since they're part of it now. That includes the Bill of Rights. It's not a seperate document. It's just the first ten amendments. It may as well be part of the original thing, as fast as they added them.
Actually, it was more of a brain fart thing. Didn't mean it to sound condescending

Psh, forget the American bill of rights. How many people could name the first five articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?
For the people who don't know them, which I imagine is most of us (I knew it existed, but I'd never read it), here you go. I don't think there's any country in the world that guarantees all of that. I'd go so far as to say that some of those were written while high.

Yeah, so much for member countries causing it "to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories."
But still, it is a greater test of awareness than a country-limited version.

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
No mention of sexual orientation. Still needs some work. No mention of disability either. Other status is rather broad, what does that include? Can I keep people from associating in order to stop an epidemic or something, or is that discriminating against people with a disease?

Of course, the irony is that the UN Council on Human Rights has numerous countries which don't abide by the majority of those "rights", many of which aren't "rights" at all.
