And to Soll: I used Winamp if you mean that....and if you need to know how to decompress .rar, just use WinRar

Both of you didn't play highly offensively in this spar. Athana mainly used thornrend and demesne effects (what's her third skill? ecology?), while you conserved power - no lunges, no dark (if you're a moonie). No wonder you two timed out.

How did you use winamp to play it.. wasn't working for me.

Opened the rar with winrar, and then just doubleclicked on it. You could alternately just rightclick, then play with and then winamp. Do you have the newest version?

I go to file---> play file--> then click on the .rar file. Doesn't work.

sure? It took mine a while too, but it finally did it. To open, at least.

You have to unrar things first, Ixion, Winamp won't play them compressed.

Actually it worked for me while compressed.

Decent fight. If it was an FFA (no time limit), I'm pretty sure Athana would have won due to Terenas being totally drained of wp. Terenas, I wouldn't use impale, it sucks something aweful save for the bleeding from rend. Against Athana, I would stick her with pinlegs and heartpierces, using severnerve on her arms when she changed parry to legs/chest.

Yeah, it was real time. It's actually a bit slower than real time but I like the format better than a simple text/ansi log. I got the idea from someone in Imperian using AutoScreen Recorder 2.0 Free. Just turn on the recorder, make the movie, turn it off, compress it, and upload it to FileFront. Hope other people will do the same as well.

Thanks for the tips, I might switch race to get better wounding in but at the moment I can't really put the hurt on anyone decent.

What's your race? Still Aslaran?

If so, the race is good. You simply can't do much wounding with rapiers (you use rapiers, right?) without lunging. That 40% bonus really helps, and when they're impaled, you just continue to beat on 'em.

Not really. With the racial upgrades they did a while back Aslaran's level 2 balance is rather sad. I actually lost half a second per swing with my 200 speed weapons. Lastly, I have no idea what 40% bonus you are referring to.
