(Serenwilde): Charune says, "Whether you liked or disliked the decision, it was a tough one to make. Let's not turn this into a reason to insult someone. Despite his failings, (name removed) did serve the Serenwilde and defend her."
Now, this thread isn't about whatever happened. It's about a Divine who's reasoning/explanation extended beyond "I am All Powerful, therefore I am right. Do NOT question me or you shall feel my wrath!" I am extremely impressed by how he responded to a discussion on CT. I've not been around here very long, but I'm rather used to Divine who are on huge power trips from other games. Just in saying what he did, he showed a RP respect to those who serve him.
Extremely impressive!

Yeah, Charunes awesome. All of our Gods are.

We love Him. And His sense of humour, too. He's really great.

I agree. It's a shame he had to bring some mature perspective back to CT.

If it was on CT... why remove the name?
Unknown2006-09-16 04:19:05
Cause I don't like to post names for fear that I may hurt someone's feelings or cause some sort of derail/rant! It comes from spending a couple years in Achaea's forums.

I just hope Hartstone steps up and finishes the job.

Two hours later a decision has been reached. Though nothing has been decided about the person trying to return

Awww...too bad I can't login to find out what happened.

Very nice. It really doesn't make sense for a god to take the "I am all powerful!" approach here because they aren't, and even admit it, anywhere near all powerful. Compared to mortals they're 'Godly', but before mortals were around they were pretty such the bottom of the sentient pecking order, nature spirits aside. Though crazies like Fain and Viravain are exceptions, of course, the silly Megalomaniacs.

Charune's always been one to reason rather than pull the "I'm a God so shut up" card as far as I've seen .
