First off, thanks to Daganev and others for work on the map. Looks good now.

For getting orders in, I think of myself as being pretty lenient. Try to get them in on time, although I'll wait if you miss the deadline (to a point...). Don't regularly miss the deadline, though, and if you know you will miss it please tell me first, so I can let everyone know the turn will be extended. All mechanical questions should go here, unless you would feel like your giving away your actions too much, in which case feel free to ask me or any of the other players.

I'll post an updated version of the map after each phase.

Yay, here I am reading the rules. They are pretty straitforward. I am gonna have fun with this.

What turn is this, spring or fall?

Also, quick reminder, do we build at the begining of fall (before we move) or at the end of fall?

Also, do you need images for the pieces? I think I can post some if you need.

This turn is a spring turn, then we have a fall turn, then you do the "adjustment phase" (switch power center control/build units and such).

I can probably find decent images for armies and such, but if you feel like PMing me some I wouldnt mind .

Any alliances the Ackleberry makes will be made in private. Any agreements the Ackleberry makes will be made in private.

We have but one thing to say to the other nations of the Basin - the Ackleberry wants nothing but peace and prosperity for all.


What are the rules for our initial units again? We get one unit per power center, and we get to choose if they are land or sea?

If the power center is a coast, then it can be a fleet (sea unit) or an army (land unit), if its land locked, then it has to be an army.

If this has already been done...Oh well and if not, tell me if there are abbreviations that could work better. There is a pattern to them, you'll see. The only problem ones so far were Acknor (AKN) and Ackleberry (AKB). But I was able to get around that.

Many of those are the same abreviations I used for my photoshop layers.

I think we should be hopeful that Hall, Gaud and Ack will be out by then, and start the dating at 500 CoE. 500 IE, Celest was on what is now Spectre isle, and Glom was Glor. 100 CoE, Hall, Gaud, Glom and Ack weren't around. 500 CoE is what I'm gonna use in my discussions as the starting year anyway

Ooh, new idea. Each leader of the orgs should have a title that sounds good, so we don't have to keep saying daganev this, Fallen that. So OOC. Anyway, I have dubbed myself High Prince ( ), and Daganev seems to be calling himself Marshal. Anyone else?
