Parents take the credit card, happy to spend the money so that they gain amnesty from my torture for another month.
It doesn't work. We're being told that we haven't filled everything out. We did. We've tried more than once, too.

Make sure you have the correct credit card selected. If it's a Mastercard, make sure you selected Mastercard. If it's Visa...well, I pity you. 
You might want to make sure you have all the capital letters where you need them. Trying to buy things the other week we had issues until we entered the name IN ALL CAPS FOR SOME REASON.
