I would like some sort of scaling disadvantage for using a larger team. That is, you miss more often for every additional ally/same org person in the room beyond 4 because of the confusion of large scale battle; you deal less damage because you have to focus on accuracy amid such a complex battlefield; your balance/eq is lengthened based on how many different people have hit the same person in the last so many seconds.
None of these will be implemented, however, and group combat will remain 'target x, own x with damage, target y, own y with damage', etc. Or sometimes 'summon x away from group, kill x, summon y away from group, kill y'
