WOuld a aslaran make a good pureblader? Been thinking of going pureblde with vorld. He's a transcedent bonecrusher Ur'gaurd currently. If he does switch would he lose any lessons?

You'll lose 20% of the lessons you spent on Bonecrusher. So, about 308 lessons.

He will have more speed as a PB than most PB's and if you like using only one weapon, you may like it... It is up to you what you enjoy. You will not be stunning anyone anymore though as a PB. And yes you will need about 150 credits to retrans....

edit - wait.... It was 150 credits for me to switch from necromancy to tracking, that was a whole skill pool change so you will need what Shorlen said.... my bad doh.gif
Clise2006-12-08 08:50:04
Lusty needs more axelords ... there are so few that I could count them all on one hand. (Known ones that is)
Ildaudid2006-12-08 09:00:22
Yeah Axelord is looking kinda sexy right now, since the updates... If I got totally bored with PB, I would consider it. But I still love PB. blush.gif

Due to snow and other BS, your GC thinks IC (from forums) AL is a good idea smile.gif

Ringing Ear should be the equivilant of slice ear which was a swing attack to the head.

You would want at some point 3 axes;

A bashing axe (klangaxe)

A wounding axe (dunno great/war axe)

and A damage axe (dunno great/war axe)

But decent stats you can get on a klangaxe would be 270+ speed, if you want to use it as a main weapon right now, try for 380-420prc and 260+ speed.... don't worry too much about the damage on the axe since it won't be too high if you get a 420prc klangaxe.

What were you before? A BM? If so start setting up your system macros for 1 swing only attacks, also start prepping your maneuvers if you have them yet....

If you need any help with AL's from our guild talk to Gaeta IG, she is an up an coming AL who is doing pretty good and knows more about the afflictions, combos, etc. that you can use with an AL.

I was a BC. Before and I'll talk to Gaeta when I see her. hrm I need to reforge my klangaxe then it's not very good.

I think ringingears was put in as a light head swing/jab. Just remember that it's as much an affliction as Knockdown is tongue.gif It actually gives confusion or dizzy rather than being its own affliction.

Should be the same stun as sliceear, which is 0.7 seconds to size 11.

Try ringingears? ringear? ringears?
Unknown2006-12-08 19:55:29
I tried all of them. same message wierd. unsure.gif
Ildaudid2006-12-08 20:03:40
ab file just hasn't been updated yet. If you have manuevers make 2 for ringing ear

one for hack down @target

one for strike @target

We can then verify if ringing ears is givin through strike (jab). I am almost positive it would be a swing type too. So hack down should work, if you actually hit the head with it. But it would be nice if it was jab/swing then you can actually control the useage of it alot better.

Either way you can verify if you can do it both ways later, just through hack down and strikes and see if anyone gets the affliction.

But yeah, it sucks when the ab files are missing, but it happens. Not a real big deal.

With a focused look, Daermon strikes at you with a huge waraxe of polished gold. Daermon strikes into the side of your head with a reverberating thunk of bone that rings in your ears, causing you to stumble as everything becomes cloudy and the world
spins.

Ringingears gives dizziness or confusion, with confusion being being a bit on the rare side.
