If I personally enemy someone, will my demesne effects automatically hit, or is there something else I must do as well?

On Prime, you have to declare. In an arena/off-Prime, they'll automatically hit.

They should hit all your enemies if the effects are up.
edit: And if they dont have that one scroll, I cant remember what its called right now.

Protection?
Yeah.

They'll hit enemies so long as on prime you're declared. Make sure to periodically dissolve them (DISSOLVE ) so protection scroll is removed and all effects hit.

Alias your basic offensive skills to dissolve as well, especially your invoke nullify alias and your point cudgel alias. Not dreamweave puncture though if you're a weaver, that takes less eq than dissolve takes balance.

Don't forget to reject your target for those who use that pesky love potion to lust you
