Allow help files to be accessed while sleeping.

Impossible to 'abuse' and gives you something to do over those long stretches of sleep. Uber easy to change too, I should think. How about it?

Most of the time I'd bring up a bunch of helpfiles, then go to sleep... but sometimes, yeah.
