My wife... likes Richter... I am going to go cry now

BAH! Lies! If anything Richter would be my harlot!

Only if you asked nicely dear.

Didn't say it was just the harem, but from what I've seen that has become its focal point, whether that was your original intention for it or not.

And what have you seen?

Do Exarius' ladies get the lions' share of his time and attention? You bet. They wouldn't be his ladies otherwise.

And what do you expect the pride to be, for that matter? It's basically a large and lavish (tribal) family clan with a strong racial theme and lots of resources. Why wouldn't the patriarch's wives figure prominently?

Still, your assertion does a major disservice to pride members like...

QUOTE

Eldisia: She's engaged, dude. And not to Exarius.

Flarya: Exarius' daughter, a good-natured matriarch in her own right, widely loved among the more easygoing players of Lusternia, but sure as Nil not loved by her Daddy in THAT way.

Isluna: Who left the harem after many years of harassment from outsiders, and is now engaged to Stagar, but remains one of our leading pride members (or will remain, if the people who keep loading her in-game life down with melodrama will let up enough to make it worth staying).

Rhosyn: Myself aside, the oldest active member. She spent decades trying to get people to understand she's not in Exarius' harem, nor will she ever be. It's not her style.

Shulamit: Exarius' daughter and our head bookbinder. See Flarya, above.

Thernial: One of our leading artisans, and Isluna's brother. Definitely not in (or even eligible for) the harem, for reasons that I hope are bloody obvious.

And that's just the more active pride members I can recall off the top of my head who'd have reason to feel linsulted.

Just another case of ignorance fueled by a mob mentality.

"We don't like them, or understand them, let's take 'em out!"

No, that would be a persecution complex, which Exarius isn't displaying so there's no need to take it up instead.
