I have an mp3 of a radio show, 'wait, wait don't tell me', and I'm wanting to send it to someone. The problem is, is that it's 22 mb. I can't send it to him through IMs, because he doesn't have any, zips won't work, and all my emails stop at 10 mb. The other part is that I only want to show him one 10 minute bit of it, when the whole thing is 50. Is there any way I can make it so I record that part into an audio file to send?

It would just be so much easier if he could access the RA player, and just listen to the thing on the internet without me having to worry about how to get it to him. And I'm already close to giving up. So, if there isn't a way just tell me and I'll go back to doing other things!

Use some kind of sound editor program. Goldwave is free and pretty easy to use.
