I'll get the ball rolling:

Melee Wargames/Free for All: A variation of Wargames and Free for all, in Melee, it's not once you're out, you're out, rather, it's how many people you or your team can kill in a set amount of time. Whoever kills the most, wins.

Capture the Flag, an oldie: Simply put, each team has a certain number of flags, and your goal is to get everysingle flag from everysingle team in order to win. If you die, you have X seconds before you can respawn at your team's flagroom. X is based on the number of your team's flags that you still posess.
Example, if you're on red team, and you have all three of your flags, then your respawn time is say, 5 seconds. If you're on red team, and you have 2 red flags, and 2 yellow flags, you're time is 10 seconds, even though your team has extra flags.

If your team is out of flags, then you have 20 second respawns, but are still in the game, you just need to get your flags back.

if you have all of your flags, plus a few other teams flags, then perhaps your team can get special bonuses.

So let's hear what ideas you all have as well.

Killing Spree:

In this event, it'll spawn countless of creatures from rats to Lobstrosities depending of the diffuculty level. Whoever gets the most kills wins the event.

Ixion mobs!

Special Event: Ixion Rush

After winning the Killing Spree Event, there is an option if the winner will continue to play or not, if they choose to continue, there will be a lot of Ixion bots running around finding the winner to kill them, they have around one minute to survive the event.

This is simple enough to do. I'll just set my gingerbread man loose and you mortals can hope for the best.

Why not make that as a new event? We'll choose our group and you'll tell us who will enter the arena and our job is to kill that denizen at a given time, fail to kill them and your groups lose, kill them within the time limit and you'll have to wait for the others to finish, if there are a few groups who manage to kill this denizen, we will repeat again with a much more harder denizen and a shorter or longer time span to kill them.
