1) Because in Nexus, it calls her a "guardian"
2) If it was a pyromancer, it would have to be set into the future, as there were no viscanti before Hallifax and Gaudiguch were lost.
3) The only thing in that picture that looks in any way fiery is the wierd demonic face thing in here hand, and that doesn't look much like fire either. What is that thing BTW?

The Dracnari is clearly a Pyromancer.
The Trill is clearly a Guardian of Hallifax (What were they called again?)
The Furrikin looks to me like a Warrior, possibly a Honeyguard.
I always thought the Lobo was a Geomancer - that staff doesnt' look like a cudgel to me.

That is NOT what cosmicfire looks like. I've seen the messages for both guilds.

We have 2 pictures of people wearing leather armor (furrikin and aslaran) I think thats the new archtype.

The Aslaran's armour doesn't look like leather to me. It looks like metal plates sort of staggered together for flexibility, and a metal bracer.

And the Geomancer's staff doesn't look like a Twisted Staff, and the Pyromancer is wearing armor. I'm just saying.

Umm, any class can wear leather armor. It just sucks.

As others said it says Guardian in Nexus, also Estarra said it was a Nihilist when the picture was released.

Guess we'll just have to wait till they come out?

And yes, the Dracnari is most definatly a pyromancer with her glowing firey orb staff thing, which implies that the dracnari might get the spiffy race buff thing for Gaudiguch, (like Viscanti for Mag, Merian for Celest and so on and so forth)
