Distribution allows you to componsate for damaged modules by making
other modules act damaged instead. You can also supercharge undamaged
modules at the expense of other modules, making them stronger/faster.

You can only be Synchronized with one ship at a time. If you are hit by
Parasite, you lose whatever Synchronization you had.

MINEs are layed in a location in aetherspace and cause an effect when

Deadspace regions are hard to view, interfere with communications,
destroy shields, and cause armadas to break apart.

Dude, take a break. Ya don't have to know everything the first day. We've got a weekend to play around.

As you attempt to operate the command chair, it sputters and girates without
producing a noticeable result.

Someone TYPO "girates", please?

Flashpoints are pretty sweet. Naming one costs 10p and the ship then remembers that point by name. Any time after that you can recall the name and the ship will say "X is to the northeast." just like you would see if it was an aetherbubble or dock. It won't display the information continually though, just when you ask for it. You can only have three flashpoints and it doesn't look like any but the Commander can see what their names are.

Flashpoints are awesome when used with Fusion. Its instantaneous transport for 10p to whichever flashpoint you choose. Quick quick for moving around.

The reason there seems to be no AB for JinsonJolt is that it's spelled wrong in AB COMBATEER. It should be JinsUnJolt.

Syntax: TURRET JINSUNJOLT
Module: Battle Turret

By attacking a dock in your immediate location, you can cause damage to many
docked ships and cause some to break free into the aetherways.

It's fun happy.gif

Well, that was because we ran into three forestal guardians while having no empath. tongue.gif

So, any interesting battles yet?

Exeryte2006-09-21 21:40:36
So JinsunJolt can cause an aethership to rip out of its dock and come free into aetherspace, and subsequently be destroyed by the Combateer? That seems a bit powerful... unsure.gif
Shamarah2006-09-21 21:50:39
JinsunJolt doesn't work on city/commune aetherdocks or the aetherplex. At least, I don't think it does, I fired at least 20 times at both Serenwilde and the Aetherplex and nothing happened. But Soll's ship on Faethorn came loose in one hit.
Exeryte2006-09-21 22:04:11
Ahh, thanks. That works for me.

Can you flash point from Astral to the Aetherplex?

I'll test it out.

This will make people who invested in more than one ship worth it.

Think of it--Richter can have his small ship move somewhere, then teleport deepnight into deep aetherspace.

There's no AB file for JinsonJolt yet, oddly.

Oops. It's jinsUnjolt. Try that.
Anarias2006-09-22 01:02:41
I piloted up to the Ethereal and then tried to fuse to a flashpoint on the Prime. Success.

Is there any way to tell which ships, if any, are docked at one of the docks that this skill can be used on?
