Trans a skill? Isn't that, like, 200 credits (with the credit bonus), which is 1,000,000 gold at market price? If you have 5788 rats, that means that you got about 172.8 gold per rat...plz clarify

Don't forget bound credits and lessons from gaining levels. Still kinda sketchy... maybe Alyssandra didn't mean 4700 rats from level 1, but rather from some other one? For example from level 40. It probably takes over 1000 rats to gain a level at 50s, and 100.000 at 80s.

Ya, I came up with that too, I got something like 5788 rats(even if they were all the hardest) would have only been able to buy 45 credits at 4500 per credit(which is lower then they sell for anyway), which would have been 382 lessons. 382 lessons isn't even enough to make the gap between mythical and trans that you'd be left with if you combined all the bound credits and lessons gained by levels.

I smell something fishy.

That makes more sense, but that only increases it to 860 lessons (assuming 2000 per credit, and still assuming that every single rat killed was a black rat). Does a person have 900 lessons to use by lvl 42?

To clarify I also bought 100 credits to actually get somewhere useful in my skill first. And yes cheap guild credits help as well. And it is from 1 to 45 that I have been going. I only just transed the skill, the bonus credits for level 45 were what got me the last few lessons I needed.

Not bad at all! Just wait until you get closer to level 75-80, though. Rats are worth practically nothing, I got bored hunting tons of them for 1%.

Though, with that thought in mind, this would be easy enough for us to figure out without you ratting all the way to 100. We just need a person of every level to see how many rats it takes to get 1%, then we can estimate how many it would take to get to 100. Something tells me that at this rate, you'll still be ratting five years from now when everyone else in the Basin is already a demigod.

Blackrat - a black rat. Biggest/most powerful rat, I believe. Also gives the best experience/gold per kill of any rat.
