No, not strength. Weapon damage - as in the stat (damage/precision/speed). In PvP, strength is at least as important as speed. In PvE... well, I was able to hunt Astral as an unspecced Faeling, but it was easier/faster as an Elfen.

Melanchthon did, but that was pre-buff-caps and the +2 str bonus from Titan. Strength and speed are essentially the only elements to warrior hunting. Weapon damage has an effect, but it is VERY minor.

melanchthon also had 2 310 base speed rapiers , swinging under 2 seconds easily.--I believe he said 1.6s as igasho before speed was changed a bit
