As is obvious Ayesha would never have gotten GR3 or any guild favour at all without Terentia's interference. Thus, it is likewise obvious that what Terentia did was plain favouritism.
Terentia favoured completely on her own initiative to piss off the Celestine Leadership and acted completely against what would have happened otherwise.
She wasn't trying to be nice or help out, no she did it only to annoy people, especially those in Magnagora, and abuse her divine status.
