Except that it's true, you're just not used to fighting with odds worse than three on one, and the idea of Glom ever having more fighters online than Serenwilde seems to create much distress up north.

It's the ambiguous nature of the word "fighter". In your case, you're describing people who actually fight (offence or defence). In Aesyra's case, she's discussing people who know how to fight well.

Which is amusing and a little ironic given the old Seren Zerg teams that were so effective was always about quantity over quality. Lots of battles in Faethorn were won by numbers and heart over systems and skill.
