Not at all, just change your trueheal macro to check for powerspikes/powerbarb, or whatever the skill is called.

There's a rather amusing bug that gives you 246 power in your prompt. I won't go into how the bug is used, but I played a trick on poor Athana with it.

Reflections are so fun to play with. Noola had an entire argument one time with her reflection (well the reflection argued with gesture mostly) via emotes and illusions cause the refleciton kept doing things on her own instead of mirroring Noola like a proper reflection should.
