I'm just curious about the use of fully free use stock images in submissions, does anyone know the rules about this?
The phrase "fully created by you" kind of throws me for a loop. If you properly credit the sources, can you use stock images to create a new work?

We had someone skirting that line before with something sounding similar to what you are asking, they got caught and shrubbed for quite a number of months.
I think your best bet is to e-mail support@lusternia.com, and make sure you and they are in-sync and agree with what you're doing before you might do something that could get you banned.

Ummm... I skirt that line everytime I submit something. I always use stock photos, almost exclusively, however I heavily modify them.
If you grab a stock photo of a woman on the beach, and stick her in the Merian isles than thats fine. But if you take a stock photo of a woman on the beach, and submit a photo of a woman on the beach, then thats not good.
