Everybody bans reselling. It happens anyway. I'm one of the rare ones that doesn't.

Gold is easy to come by in Lusternia. You don't even have to bash things.

Step 1: belong to an organisation which holds many villages, or don't get enemied to such an org.

Step 2: know how to do the quests in these villages.

Step 3: quest, quest and quest more. There's almost always at least one village which has a quest open, especially for the less popular ones (read: these that require more effort or are more difficult), Shanthmark, Delport or Paavik. You can also come at downtimes, when there's not a lot of people around.

You can also throw in a few Gorgogs for good measure. I found them the best gold-giving things to hunt on Prime (if you can hunt in Catacombs, you don't really have to worry about credits).

PS By the way, how much money does that mean?

Five thousand for Shanthmark.

Believe it's 3000 for Delport.

Oh, and, yeah, there's way more money to be made than most people seem to realize.

Barring everything else, ratting/weeviling can get 2 K an hour without much effort, especially if you're hunting with magic instead of weapons and have anything to restore mana.

Heck, there's 300 - 500 gold just lying around Shanthmark Lodge, and all you have to do is learn the hiding places to search. And it re-sets, what.. every half hour or every hour? Something like that. But no one bothers to pick it up unless they happen on it trying to complete the quest.

Scholars, pilgrims, pixies, comm quests... This is just the little stuff, but it adds up faster than people realize.

Hrm. Either I write a good novel for the bardics. Or I get really good at blackjack, fast. *sigh*
