No.. it would be because the game needs to expand.. and this area is mentioned in the Histories of the Elder Wars, so it's one of the obvious areas to bring out.

I have to say, that the timing on the quest was wonderful Divine.

We had one chance to do it before a certain occurrance happened which blocks the quest for a while.

Now the Basin gets to bite their fingernails in suspense until the blocks are lifted.

Similar to a large winged lizard, the wyvern has a powerful set of clawed hind legs and two smaller front legs. Its great leathery wings span wider than it is long, and its powerful jaws are filled with sharp teeth. This domesticated wyvern is outfitted with a black leather saddle and a woven leather bridle yoked around its sinuous neck. The skin is mottled blue, perhaps to camouflage it from prey on clear days.
He is called 'Ruth.'
A mottled blue wyvern is quite powerful.
He weighs about 1875 pounds.
His feedbag is nearly empty! He will starve in approximately 3 months.
He is mountable as a legendary steed.
He is loyal to Ays Ilydor Lyreth, Felandi d'Erlette-Dragmar.
