I love the new Magnagora background effect things (I'm bad with technical terms). I don't understand how many of them can happen while we have no villages, but they are fun.

I can't stop laughing.

Magnagora has seventy five people? Or did we see a bunch of old alts stop by just to vote?
If I recall, the recent Forren/Asmoth contestation came out to a few more total votes, but it seems to me that Celest has twice Magnagora's active population.

I suspect a lot of people voted for Murphy "For the hell of it". Not that either of them are squeaky clean, I imagine both of them had voters drop by in the form of alts. Not to mention there is a whole strata of people who log in to read the news, then quit.

My rave is for Xinemus, the only one who has bought one of my compendiums. He's so sweet and he rocks.

Put in all the kata and tahtetso triggers without testing, and there was only one bug in it that really impacted anything. Admittedly that bug knocked me off balance for ages and drained my mana to 0, but I fixed that miiiiinor flaw.

Finally imported my illusions into Cmud, with a new unified architecture for weaving them.

AHA. I figured out what it was about CHELP INDEX that bothers me. It reads like this:
instead of like this:
which is how I'm used to parsing text.
Would anyone else be bothered if the Divine changed it to read horizontally instead of vertically?

Can I say yes and tell you to get used to it instead?

Do iiiiiit. *likes reading in columns instead of rows*

Neither of you count.
Rika2007-10-04 07:54:16
I'll say yes anyway.

Hmm, well if they gave it a go for a day might think it over to see if I would get use to it that way myself. But rather like it the way they did it. But then the Aquamancers had a cheater ghelp set up sort of like this, a bit fancier with the catagories and all, but helped a bit when one was looking for a type of ghelp..
And if anyone from there complains about that ghelp being outdated don't you dare bug Isluna, it took almost an hour, felt like five going through it, and getting it halfway updated. Evil, evil ghelp, if I ever find out who created it, good job made it look awesome, but you couldn't have used that other way to make it even harder to update, you know the one where a little mistake just ruins the whole thing?

Oh hey, columns in help indexes! That DEFINITELY deserves a rave.
ETA: Also, a rave for how steampunk Mag is getting. I LOVE that kind of setting, it's just awesome that it's going that way. I used to only get to do my steam-punk-RP every few weeks at D&D, but now I can do it all the time! Now we just need trains and I'll be in heaven.
