Accidentally disemboweling Krellan. It was an accident, I swear.

Although I will never claim to be the best at roleplaying, the current conversations I'm having with important Guild and organization leaders are very fulfilling, and are helping me to mold Hyperion into who I've always wanted him to be. I'm not going to say who I've been talking to yet, but what has been transpiring is very promising indeed. I hope things turn out well!

My rave for the night: A certain Glomdoring newbie, who may or may not be an actual newbie. After randomly seeing them pass by, I had a chat with them, and a brief interaction involving history, Isune's tomb and the wyrd. It was refreshing, engaging, and utterly delightful, and reminded me of all the things I like best about playing in Lusternia. Thank you!


EDIT: I didn't want to double-post, here, but I also wanted to rave about the few d'Murani I "met" tonight. I literally couldn't stop giggling through the entire exchange. You guys are brilliant fun! If I had to accurately envision a "real" noble family, complete with insane relatives, black sheep, lordly elders, spoiled children, and a multitude of laurels on which to rest, it would be you lot. The family dynamics, dizzying though they are, make for splendid roleplay, and those I've met thus far fill their niches perfectly. Veonira, Xin, Ran, Celina, Morvior, Linaeve, Kanaya, Sadye... the list goes on. No matter how brief the interaction has been, I've always come away with the feeling that my time was very well spent. Thank you.

For those who may not have noticed, my character Zia, as it so happens, did not end up staying married for life. These things unfortunately happen, and Zia has been coping well. A certain gentleman asked that she give him 'a chance,' and she likes him very well and agreed.

They were spending a bit of time together in the Moon bubble a couple of days ago. I really have to rave about what a fine player he is. I was having a blast!

Then my husband (yes, I'm married) snuck up behind me where I was sitting with the laptop in my lap, and he threw his arms around me and started tickling me. I found myself distracted from the role play for several minutes as I scolded him (laughingly) for trying to make me drop the computer.

That settled, I turned back to the screen to find...

The gentleman had kissed Zia. This had been met with silence.

He had looked around nervously and shuffled his feet. Silence.

He then proceeded to apologize profusely. Silence.

At this point I had noticed and was able to think up a quick excuse to play off the lapse, but... here's a big rave to all of the people who deal with real life interruptions with grace! Also a big rave to the gentleman seeing Zia (who can identify himself if he wants the world to know he's been smooching on her)!

Who is smooching on my beloved Zia?!?! I'm gonna get the boys together and break some legs, I think.

*snaps his fingers*

By careful observation, I conclude that most of the Lusternian playerbase find Rants more interesting that Raves, thus they are more negatively-inclined. Yay!


On another note, I'm really giddy that a baby adder has been successfully transferred from Celest > Mag> Serenwilde. Difficult, yes, but oh so lovely in the end.

Gleaming with ever-changing waves of light, this holy symbol of the Gods
continually shifts in shape and hue, awaiting the touch of a faithful hand to
galvanise its allegiance. It is made of a liquid, metallic material and softly
smooth in appearance. A faint humming issues from the symbol, hinting at the
latent power hidden within.
It is strangely weightless.
