Roughly the size of an small prawn, this sugar cookie has been shaped
like a seashell. The top has been shaped in such a way that grooves run
from the edges to the centre, getting shallower as they near the far end
until the there are no grooves for the small fishtail end of the cookie.
A thin layer of icing has been smeared onto the pastry, but done very
carefully so as to maintain the shape. The icing is a light blue
speckled with some smaller patches of a deep sea blue. Some of the
cookie crumbs from the delightful treat itself have been sprinkled onto
the icing, giving the appearance of a "just off the beach" look.
Consume:
Biting into the cookie, your tastebuds are overwhelmed by the taste of sugar and
cream, the pastry melting in your mouth. The icing tastes of kafe and sugar,
giving a small jolt of flavour to the mouth and tongue. Polishing off the
cookie, the taste slowly fades away with the taste of kafe lingering for a
little while longer.
Smell:
The smell of the creamy cookie makes your mouth water in anticipation.
Taste:
Nibbling a small corner off the cookie, the sweetness of the sugary pastry melts
onto your tongue, hinting slightly of kafe and sugar for the icing.
