Yes, he makes good use of that stage! Someday when I have 3 hours to spare, I'll sit down and rewatch all three in sequence.

He does a really good job. If someone said to me "hey, sit down and read timed, scrolling text you can't interact with for an hour", I'd give them a funny look, but Lendren makes you feel like you're actually watching a world event going on.

Rave2: Influencing
Yes. Very Yes. I have gained just about all of my experience since I left the Newton Caves from influencing. Bottles of Esteem are a fantastic moneymaker too. Wish I didn't join an order so soon...

From one of your posts somewhere ( think it was lack of rants) you said you made 10,000+ an hour, I wish i could influence that fast...(but then again I don't really influence everything everywhere)

Bottles of Esteem go for 9000-10000 from what I've found, and that takes me 45 minutes or so (maybe less, I should time myself) to gather if I'm really focused on efficiency. Tack on the actual income from begging (3000-4000 if you're set up properly) and it's incredible.

It really is if you are really focused.

Rave3: Being an alchemist for said influencing
fake-edit to rave1: I gathered all that 140% exp. from influencing (-10% from huntinging but that is small)

You kneel upon the ground and place your hands upon the surface of the earth. As
you merge yourself with the environment, you reach out and search for another
with whom to begin forging a pathway.

You feel the searching touch of Barrin enter your location.
You touch the presence of another within the earth and begin to forge a pathway
between the two of you.

*time spam*

Deep within the earth, you finally meet the other with whom you are forging a
pathway. Tying together the journeys you both took, a mystic pathway forms
between the two locations.

---

As darkness wavers across your vision and your life ends, a sudden piercing pang
of empathy shivers through your mind. You feel the spirit of your familiar, an
armoured badger, filling your senses in a vivid sensation as the spark of its
meager existence draws you back into life.

Holding the corpse of a plump wild rabbit in your arms, you probe until you find
the small spirit still nestled deep within its body. You gently ask the spirit
if it would like to be reborn, and you empathically sense an affirmation. You
harness the powers of the natural cycle, and lay its old body upon the ground
where it decomposes at an accellerated rate.
Out of the ground pushes forth a striped badger, looking around itself in
confusion. Upon seeing you, its spirit immediately bonds with you, as it rubs up
against your leg.

You hold a bone fetish over a striped badger, and the bones clasp a striped
badger's body in a forbidding armour.

Your press your forehead against an armoured badger, entwining your soul with
its spirit. The beating of your hearts become synchronized and you begin to
breathe as one as the bond between you is strengthened.

Pathways, Transmigration, and deepbonds galore. wub.gif

I had it designed years ago, but I finally got it built in my bedroom!!

Crouching on wicked marble claws, the frame of this small bed has been crafted of thick, dark wood polished to a lovely shine. Glinting platinum edging provides a rich touch while bold midnight onyx forms the slightly outward curling head and footboard. Set upon the frame is a puffy mattress of stitched cherub skins, still splattered with some blood, stuffed with feathers wrenched from their very wings. A coverlet and sheet rest upon the mattress, tailored from pure black silk and
woven through with cherub hairs, adding a golden gleam as well as a soothing touch to those with sensitive skin. Providing warmth and luxury atop the bed is a sizeable, thick blanket of padded cloth and black silk embroidered with swirls of gold which form a large, somewhat abstract scene of Nil where a fierce nightmare poses in a furious battle stance. Three soft pillows rest near the headboard, also fashioned of cloth and silk of midnight, cushioned nicely and sewn with gold to match the embroidery of the top blanket. Mounted on each corner of the boards are four small skulls, fractured craniums embossed with tiny spirals of gold and damning runes of silver. Engraved into the front of the headboard is an intricate picture displaying four pathetically weak looking angels kneeling in worship and humility before the glorious form of Supreme Master Luciphage, a beautiful finish to the masterpiece bed.

I'm actually going to rave about forging. Maybe if I rave about it, Clangorum would come back and bless my luck with forging.

Having a 89/84 helm, which made it really, really easy to get something better and be satisfied with it. happy.gif

But if Clangorum came back, surely all the dwarves would cease to exist!

All those hordes of dwarves!

That we have!

Here!

How vastly superior shops are here. I can't even begin to express my joy at how wonderful shops are in Lusternia. It's like moving from bear claws and bone knives to monomol.

Exhilaration floods your being as you fly high over the Basin of Life, pointing your fingers at the sky above and watching with absolute glee as purple and pink streaks touch it. Twisting your head, you turn and gaze lovingly at the form of a beautiful Goddess beside you, who also flings great lines of colour into the firmament.
