Subj: Announcing incentives for theatrical productions

The Ministry of Cultural Affairs will now be offering incentive prizes
for any play or other production which is submitted to the Vesteran
World Stage to compete in the biannual theatrical competition. See CHELP
THEATER for full details, and advice on how and why to put on
productions. The prizes are:

30,000gp to the playwright
30,000gp to the director
5,000gp to each actor (this is per actor, not per role)
25cr if the production wins the biannual theater competition

(Note: the Minister of Cultural Affairs is exempted from these
incentives.)

And while I'm on the subject, I still need a couple more actors for my
upcoming production of "Torn Apart From Within". The script is available
at the Arboreal Library. Just send me a message stating what kinds of
times work for you, and expressing a role preference if you wish. (And
yes, you'll be eligible for the actor incentive, and if it wins, a share
of the credits, too.)

Go look at STAGE LIST, it's not an implication! Since we lost Zia and Aramel's turned her attention to other things, no one else has produced or published a single play at our stage. But I'm working to change that, with these incentives, and with finally getting a Spiritsinger secretary to be Theater Manager so he'll be working on promoting more use of the stage, and other things. Also notice how I permanently exempted myself from the incentives!

Speaking of which, rave to Alacardael for taking up the role of Theater Manager! (Now if I can just get myself a Master of the Revels too...)

There is a crude child's drawing on this fair-sized sheet of white paper. Two
stick figures stand side by side. The one on the left has long, dark hair, a
little blue flower behind one pointed ear and a silver flower behind the other.
These unfortunately look a bit like antennae. The man standing beside her also
has very pointed ears, but also great green wings and matching eyes and a
crooked grin so big it nearly runs off his face.

There is absolutely nothing glamorous about this simple mud pie. It
seems to be made from the freshest swamp mud and caked together by using
nothing else but the chef's hand. As garnishes, sticks, leaves and swamp
herbs are arranged haphazardly on the top.

It bears the distinctive mark of Purveyor Arin Dekoven, the Pabulum Fabricator.
