I still have a bug on one character, about 3 weeks old, that they set as "classified". Dunno what THAT means, but it's there.

I think it means they've seen it and sorted it into what type of bug it is? (critical, non-critical, typo, that kind of thing?) They tend to do that really fast, then it sits for a bit unless its important or someone just wants to fix it.
