Oi, I am so ready to hang up the Drama King hat anyway! Heck, I've been hoping to lose the theater competition, both to get other nations to be more likely to compete, and out of a suspicion that winning so often (usually with no competition, so it doesn't mean anything) is discouraging others within Serenwilde from writing and directing. (Dozens of times someone's said "I have an idea for a play" but no plays have emerged.) It's going to be such a relief to lose this year. It'll be the next step away from writing because I have to, because no one else did. The next step back to when I could write because I had something to write, and take as long doing it as I felt it needed. All this writing to a deadline has dried up my inspiration!

So counter-raves to Arel and anyone else who's taking up the pen and making me an archrival! I could use it! (And you Serens with ideas, go write already!)

It's not that hilarious when you're in the receiving end however.
EDIT: Although I do love events such as this - I can hide in a manse when it gets too gruesome.

It's been forever since the Serenwilde has had a disaster fall upon the forest. I think the last time was when, uh, the dark spirits kept lighting the forest on fire. Forest fires for many days! Was tiring and great fun (in my mind). But the tempest seems fun! I totally died to it while getting a painting.

But exciting, I bet! And I'm sure it's part of some really awesome event, which is always fun. Plus, you're in the city, so you get that auto congul-whatever, don't you?

Besides, I wasn't laughing at you as 'ha ha, they're all dying!' I was laughing cause obviously something cool is gonna happen and I look forward to hearing more about it.

Maybe it's Gheasia?

Maybe you weren't, but Celina was.

It got to the point where with numen I could solo it, then it suddenly got stronger. No one helped me kill 2 of them, then Wuylinfe came and tried, but kept dying, then I rushed off to get another and ended up dying.

But when we got everyone together, the thing went down like a wet paper sack. But it doesn't actually die, it always returns, which is probably the most annoying part. None of the NPCs are talking or giving us tips on how to get rid of it in a permanent fashion. It also doesn't follow so we can't lure it away and to the Pool of Stars, or out of Celest entirely.

Otherwise, today has been excited. An entire GH destroyed! Whoo.

edit: Oh, and it seeps out poison, like in Hajamin's temple. Without warning, twice, lots of people died without any warning whatsoever. Luckily it doesn't seem to be too aggro, it doesn't track and it doesn't attack until you hit it. Glad they ended the poison thing, though, that was annoying.

And even though we are congluting, we are also dying twice a minute, so we're still losing exp rather quickly.

And I lile the excitement aye! It has been quite a while - disasters make it interesting
