Appearance:
a smiling nacreous nimbus shield
Dropped:
A smiling nacreous shield in the shape of a cloud has been cast aside here.
Examined:
Overlaid with a fine dusting of ground pearls, this curious shield bears
a roughly triangular shape, having been forged in the image of a lofty
cloud complete with fleecy protrusions and tufts of ivory fluff. Like a
softly shimmering halo, an iridescent band lines the outside fringes of
the cloud, sending off dazzling prisms of colour whenever graced by the
light. The shield is lightweight and slightly concave, being easily
handled by the grey satin sash on its interior. Emblazoned on the front
of the shield in bold, silvery black ink is a wide and smiling face,
cartoonishly composed of just two dots and an upward curving line.
Faintly imprinted on the underside of the shield is an emerald
eight-pointed star embraced by two soft, snowy wings.
