Cults have been added awhile, just no one has been able to make them.

No, people have been able to make them, it just hasn't actually been worth going through the hoops it needs to set it up.

This. Xenthos, Shuyin, I believe Sarrasri, Desitrus, Malicia and myself have all been capable of making cults for ages - we or our gods just can't be bothered. I hope Ilyarin enjoys his minor essence drain.

I want to make a cult. I even have ideas for it in terms of RP. Just Charune and I both don't have the essence for it.
