Now that the Illusions skill is "right" I really don't understand why Sparkles comes after Stars. It seems like someone would first learn to create the Sparkles and them learn to focus it and increase the frequency via Stars.

Only if they are lessons gained in some way -other- then normal levels (including bound credits gained from levels). There must be some way they tag each individual lesson.

Anyway, it makes sense, it means you can't create dozens of alts, and spam the slots with your starting 150 lessons until you hit it big, and then stick with that alt.
