It was pretty funny, yes.

Well, half-inching the fundamental part of a Seren/Mag focused event and hiding in Glom with it is kinda troublesome.
Edit: From the way that we got it back, it doesn't seem to have been part of the intention of the event for it to happen, and therefore it's the fault of them what designed the event, not Shamarah, though.
But was the reciprocal raid just as fun?

I think you mean "normal raid"-- it wasn't anything all that unusual or unexpected.
I just found it amusing that something which slowed Serenwilde down for 20 minutes was whined about by someone who has been enjoying wasting hours of time with tree-work.

hah props on that. I didn't really know what was going on so I didn't really care. I was just happy cause it got people wanting to raid which is always fun for me.

Moral of the story: Whenever you happen to be holding an item centric to a large quest or event in your inventory, always, always, always use selfishness.

Emanating from the aether, a sonorous multi-toned voice says, "What are you doing?"
Hearing that in the midst of talking to a young Spiritsinger novice who was lost, nearly having a heart attack, and then being engaged in an interesting, if brief, conversation about the Illithoids. Once I recovered from the shock, I really enjoyed it!

@Amarysse - Highly entertaining, isn't it? One of Lusternia's many excellent features.
Arel2007-06-22 04:45:47
Definitely one of my favorite parts of Lusternia

Nice try, but I wasn't in the cave anymore.
Last edit! (I can't help it no one's posted here in six hours!)
Someone's probably going to choke to death reading this, but I have a rave about Daedalion. He has an utterly abominable reputation, but he actually asked if I was talking to someone (I was), and said he wouldn't kill them, then. He's not at all as bad as I expected, given how much people rant about him!

Seems like I make this rave every couple of weeks, but the people I either currently interact with or have in the past on a quasi-regular basis really make this game enjoyable. By putting so much effort into RP, your contributions to the game make it fun for me, and I hope I can return the favor.
This past week, Moriana, Yeralih, Amarysse, Anae, Kundu, and our recent class of Blacktalon novices - thanks for being great.

Today has been totally awesome, I got a job!
But it's also not awesome because of exams and lots of gloom raiding today. *peer*

Oh, I have no problem with them raiding. Just surprised that I sign in at quarter to 8 in the morning, see a raid. Come at 12, see a raid, 1 see a raid. :S

They don't raid enough in my opinion, or just not enough when I'm around.

Yeah, you need to be around when I am.
This is inexplicable and inacceptable.

I saw Xinemus today but it's only because I woke up all early to go play tennis and logging in when I can back. We all need to adjust our sleep schedules.

Actually, daytimes are a rare fluke. Late night to the wee hours of the Central Time Zone are the best temporal habitats in which to spot a xinemus maximus.
Hazar2007-06-22 20:28:44
Sure. Pick one of the few times I'm not on, you inactive bastard.

Hm, it would appear that I am temporally well-situated to catalog this beast.
Is it aggressive? And does it have a mating season?
