Right, so when Karma came out, I got pissy, and I left in a huff.

And so now I'm back, and besides general greetings, I've got a few questions.

What's new? I see the bard archetype, I see zomg a million new little subsets for the current archetypes, I see the Aetherships (let me just say, I lol'd).

Where are Gaudiguch/Hallifax? Where's the roleplay at on those? It's something I was adamant about back in the day, but I didn't see much happening then and I wonder if it's been given much thought now.

How's the PK?

Err, more questions maybe when I get more answers, but expect the fun to rain down in gollops of lame from yours truly. Or something.

I accidentally (and don't ask you how accidentally do this) wrote a check to Lusternia instead of Imperian.

So...yeah, I'm back, and in about a month, I'll be overpowered as hell.



Also, I noticed. Why do you get new shiny skillsets and still have to do messages 18 to continue, and have an unorganized who listing and such? I don't want to sound elitist, having come from Imperian (and you know how they are), but some of this stuff is taken for granted, and it's gonna be like going from a PS2 to a NES now. >:(

Gaurdi's have a second pro dracarni place now Nomands+Zoaka, and the Halli's have a second pro lucidian place Mesa+Observatory. The observatory really bends the line between traditional 'good' and 'evil' for all of you who think of them in absolutes. I've really got to hand it to whoever came up with that quest.

Edit:Aetherbubbles are also a major resource, when you take gnome trading ships and aetherbeasties into account, well there's a lot out there that you can do.

Why not just trade your credits for Imperian ones? By the sound of your posts, I think you'd enjoy the atmosphere of Imperian much more than Lusternia anyway.

Changes? Well, the Seren-Celest war just ended with Serenwilde losing and giving in. Conflict quests were removed. Celest is now the most powerful nation Pk-wise in the game by far, with Serenwilde the weakest and Glom and Mag not too far above them.

Dunno what other major changes there have been since your days...

I was trying to bring him up to date, not start a flame war.

If he hasn't been around since before karma came out (before I even started my second character on Lusti) then he wouldn't know anything about any of those wars even beginning.

I would think something major like "viravain went nuts, partially raezon’s fault" or "kethuru got out for a little while, Estarra pwn'ed him" or "glomdoring came about" or "isune sacrificed herself to fix the mess" or "Laco let isune came back" or "virasune made glomdoring wryded" or “raezen left” or "white hart died and then his awakener came back to res him" or “haja left” or “haja came back as morgfyre and almost ate lyreth” or "viravain died to recharge the wryd" would be more integral to the plotline then "some seren's and celestians didn't like each other, had a little war, and ended it"

But the current political situation and atmosphere are a bit more important I'd think.

Celest was being crushed by Mag and very friendly with Seren when he left. The situation is completely the opposite now.
