What is up with this emo crap? Do people even know what that really means anymore? However I must say the most emo thing I've seen in Glomdoring, in the Harbingers rather, was the horrible tear-stained mandolin design. Apart from that, I've seen no emo to speak of.

I imagine Glomdoring's "band" to be more tribal. Archaic beats with the piercing wail of the violin. At least that is more my char's style anyway.

What the hell is it with emo? If you want to listen to emo, listen to moss icon, rites of spring, that kind of stuff. THAT was the real emo-- emotional rock, about 10 to 20 years ago. Nowdays with hawthorn heights and matchbook romance.. send them for a couple years in iraq and then maybe they have something to cry about.

And glomdoring is far from emo. Personally, when I walk in there, I have a feeling of Gothic. The trees, the surroundings, the guilds, certainly has traits of that. But EMO??? Hell, the most emo you can get is most likely the specters at the island, walking around and not accepting that they are dead.. or perhaps the lichdom. But the crying portion of it? Even then, lets say that the newbs who enter and get killed for the first time, or robbed, may give that impression, but emo isn't alive in Lusternia. Thank god.

But Magnagoria, Apocalyptica, like that, it's good. Maybe some industrial metal/ black metal/ or just heavy. Serenwilde, more wiccan music than not, celtic.. listen to Switchblade symphony, or Mother earth by Within Temptations, or The Path by His Infernal Majesty. Actually, for serenwilde, I'd say the best song would indie/celtic mix :grins: Celest, i'd say Arcana/gregorian/Carmina burana...
