Does the in game snub command not work on channels? Or, is it just a bug?

It only works on tells and messages. And custom emotes.

So if Nejii snubs me, I can still illusion at him. Or put up "Nejii s!" in Script on the walls.

Constantly trying to talk to someone who has both snubbed you and whom has told you not to speak to them is a shrubbable offense which falls under harassment.

This means if they try to speak directly to you after you snub them through illusions, says, or channels, you can issue them.
