Shouts cost something like 5000 endurance. As a faeling titan, I have 18715 endurance. Thus, I can shout three total times - which then limits the amount of times I can tumble (since it now costs 500 endurance per). If you are a warrior, you are screwed with low endurance... so umm, what's the problem?
