So here it is, who's the most evil or badass villain ever?
If for some reason I didn't mention yours, click on 'other' and list your favorites here.
Mine were Dr.Doom, Zabuza, and Lavos.
While trying to find names to put up here, I realized that there are some really really really stupid names for villains out there They are just asking for their asses to be kicked o.0

Hmm, let's say...
Lex Luthor (DC), because he's sort of right.
Ichimaru Gin (Bleach), because he's laid-back cool and I'm not sure of his motivation.
Seifer (FF8), because he's not very convincing as a villain and had my sympathy through all the game.

The organ music that they came up with in Naruto for whenever Orochimaru was fighting really gives him a few boosts.
Naruto being in endless filler takes most of the fun out of it though, I want some non-filler.

I picked Black Mage, Pinky and the Brain, and it was a really hard choice between Sephiroth and Blinky, but I went with Sephiroth. Still not sure if it was the right choice

my choices
Dr. Doom, because you can't go wrong with doom
Other for TV/Anime, because my choice would be Dilandau
Ganondorf.... 'nuff said
On some comments...
1)Zabuza is NOT A VILLIAN, DAMNIT! He's just a guy doing his work. It's like saying Zaraki Kenpachi from bleach is a villian
2) Gin is not as badass as Aizen.. and where the hell is he?! Isn't he THE MAIN VILLIAN IN BLEACH?!
3) Zenji, don't bother with the fillers.. read the manga scanlations online

Fillers end in Febuary (Japanese new year?), and they'll be starting off again with the story from the manga (Kakashi Gaiden.) The show's being renamed to Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles (likely since Naruto is combining wind element and rasengan.)

Villains hold a special place in my heart, really. Such shining role models.
Comic Books:
Joker - Seriously, who can truly hold up to the Joker? He's the quintessential comic book villain. Evil Genius, Homicidal Maniac, Twisted Philosopher, he's all these things and more. The Joker is proof that you don't need super powers to be a shining example of terror and injustice in the world.
TV/Anime:
Shredder: Tonight, I dine on turtle soup. 'nuff said.
Video Games:
Ah, here lies the rub. Here, I draw inspiration from far too many idols. A list of a few.
- Luca Blight (Suikoden): A true force of terror and wrath, Luca Blight is the epitome of the Tyrant Warlord. Unflinching strength and pure demonic fury is his domain. In the game, it takes 18 of your party members to face off against him. And a hail of arrow fire. And a 1-on-1 duel with the Hero. And another hail of arrows. If that's not strength, I don't know what is.
- Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (Wild Arms 2): Charismatic, brilliant, a true revolutionary, Vinsfeld is the very definition of an Evil Genius. It is said that victory over one's enemy lies not in slaying them, but having them accept your beliefs as their own. Vinsfeld is a natural-born leader, and he utilizes his skills to draw many to his cause. Those who do not follow willingly, he forces to follow through show of force. After all, what good is conquering the world if there's no one left to rule over?
- Boomerang (Wild Arms): The lone warrior. Ruthless to his enemies, loyal to only himself and his honor. To live for the hunt and the kill, these are the tenets of the demon Boomerang. It matters not who his target is, human or demon, he'll fulfill his objective either way. And when he meets his equal in the field of battle, he will fall, but he will return. For the hunt never ends, even in death.
I'll add a few more later.

Also, where the hell is Kefka, one of the few FF villains who actually managed to accomplish most of what he set out to do?

In a few months when everyone has forgotten these polls you can put up new ones with your choices

Magneto, Plankton, and other, because I've never heard of any of those.
