Out of curiousity, how exactly does one whisper...?

In the bottom left there is a place to chat, you'll want to be on 'whole'. (I usually turn the ads and shouts off myself by clicking on the little white box'ed S) Next you'll want to type the character's name you want to whisper to in the small text box to the left(the farthest lower left corner of your screen) of the wider text box.

Aha, I found out what req level means on items. Items have two level requirements, one based on rank, and one based on level. The first level requirement is the requirement to use the item at all (1 for rank 1, 20 for rank 2, 50 for rank 3, etc).

The second level requirement is the level needed to use the item completely. This is based on the level of the item. So, a rank 2 level 1 item can be used completely at level 20, but a rank 2 level 2 item requires level 23 to benefit completely from the upgrade. If you are level 20 using a rank 2 level 2 item, the item acts the same as if it was only level 1.

Well, I downloaded Rappelz last night and started my asura, Sarras. Can I get an invite to the Lusternia guild? I need to see conversations held by non-idiots. The world chat makes me shudder.

They can learn a thing or two about graphics optimisation, that's true. My pc runs everything smoothly on highest settings, till the moment I go into a town. Lots of people on screen = framerate dead. Annoys me because this thing isn't even a year old and runs games like Oblivion on highest settings

I'm having the same problem Jillian. My computer runs everything pretty well, but this game loves to drop the framerate at any chance it gets.

Am I the only one who can't run this game when zMUD is open?

I have not tried. I'll let you know if I experience that problem.

I play on the lowest graphical settings possible (and that lets my poor computer handle it), though I do keep the music on, since I like it. Though yes towns+masses of shops=lag.

It's ONLY zMUD that prevents me from playing.

The game is free. keeping frame rate high while there are numerous characters in the same area, is not easy. (its different than mobs because of the synchronization.

It mysteriously disappeared from my hard drive! My dad says he didn't touch it, and my little sister better not have either. GAH THAT TOOK FOREVER TO DOWNLOAD.

After listening to the talk on a (wrong) server, and me and Ildaudid having trouble meeting up, I just deleted the thing. It was lagging my computer horribly - I might try again later, but I like my zmud (once I get to actively playing) as fast as it can be
