Well... demigods/titans with circlets.
I think it should remain a private artifact for 3 or so months, and then make a public appearance at 500-600 or so. The extra auction price is due to having it to yourself for that time, and having a unique edge for quite a while.
We'll see what happens.

Hardly anyone goes only for Titan/Demigod anyway, it's too much of a bother. The population will always be limited.
